great facility fabulous location
the bedroom had EVERY facility. it was also a FABULOUS location for what i needed. the outside eating areas are LOVELY.
the room was okay, HOWEVER the glass lantern on the bedside light was missing.

comfortable room great shower head helpful staff
the pub downstairs is great. my room was beautiful and very comfortable. the shower had a proper big shower head with great toiletries. i found the staff friendly and helpful.
i found a little dust on the surfaces.

mixed feelings after my stay

faulty air conditioning stained shower curtain
i had booked a double room for my stay. the air conditioning was not working properly. the room was too warm and stuffy. it made it difficult to sleep well. also, there were some cobwebs in the bathroom. the shower curtain looked a little old and stained. it generally reminded me of the bathroom needed a deeper clean. it made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.

good village stay

friendly staff clean room excellent service
check-in was quick with friendly staff. the room was clean and well-equipped. breakfast service was excellent, staff were friendly. wimbledon village is lovely with many restaurants and bars nearby.
the air conditioning unit outside the window was very loud, disturbing the peace.
